Do my dogs count as passengers, too?

Sure. I count my mutliple personalities so I see no reason why you can't count your dogs. If anyone objects, let me know and I'll have some of my voices talk very sternly to them.

Stupid fucking moo refuses to get it. The HOV lanes are for the purpose of having fewer cars on the road. The law really needs to be re-written so that it applies only to those with licensed drivers as passengers...in other words, people who could have driven themselves to wherever, but rode with someone else instead.

Last I checked, fetuses (or is it fetii...fuck if I know!) and loaves are NOT capable of driving themselves around, therefore, the moo is NOT reducing the amount of traffic here. HOV lanes are meant to be a way to reward those who choose to carpool...NOT to reward some moo because her uterus works.
