My thoughts on tit feeding

Call me immature but honestly, it's disgusting to me. What aroused this discussion was I was on the bus just before and there is this greasy moo and her spawn on the row next to me, baby starts shreiking so moo whips out a rancid, cheesy udder and shoves it in baby's mouth. :goggle
It just makes me want to vomit all over myself. If I ever found out my mother tit fed me I would probably die right on the spot. Bitch, I don't wan't to DRINK your nasty bodily fluids, especially from your tit. It's disgusting.

What are your thoughts, my lovely childfree angels ?

To me, it's not gross so much as it's tasteless. Taking your boob out and expecting people to not look is like wearing those "my eyes are up here" shirts. It's really, really counterproductive.

And that "bewbs r mayd 4 bebez cuz they natchrul" thing doesn't work. Boobs are natural, but what moos eat isn't.

I couldn't care any less about people breastfeeding. It kinda grosses me out, but I figure that's my problem. There might be things about me that gross some people out, to which I would say "Don't like it? Don't look." What someone else does with her body is none of my business.

I'm much more bothered by how often I see people giving bottles filled with drinks that are 10 fruit juice and 90 percent sugar-water to kids barely old enough to walk or giving sodas to 3-year-olds. And it's very, very rare for me to see anyone BFing, whereas I never go a day without seeing someone sneezing, coughing, rubbing their nose, handling garbage or using a public restroom without washing their hands. Now, that's nasty.

I think people should keep bodily fluids to themselves in public places as a matter of public health.

Meh, I don't care about breastfeeding. It's no more disgusting that humans swilling down cow milk (and, ftr, I love milk). We're all mammals here. And I'm not bothered by seeing someone's boob in public. It's the self-righteous martyr attitude that kills me. It's entirely possible to breastfeed a kid without making a giant spectacle of it.

Frankly, it disgusts me. Though for some reason, I only find it repulsive if it's humans or some other primate. Other animals doing it doesn't bother me. I find it quite cute, actually.

Yeah, I'm weird, I dunno. shrug

I think half the problem is the fact human offspring is so repulsive while baby animals are almost always cute. That and some animals have fur, so you don't see the bloated blue-veined crusty milk sacs. Veiny milk sacs and shreiking squirming things that look like giant maggots aren't a winning combination.

Ah, that makes sense.

Why are human babies so disgusting, anyway? I'll never understand the women who coo over the repugnant little shits. Never.

I was breastfed, and it freaks me out. I try not to think about it, my mum was just doing what she thought was right but... it does make me squirm uncomfortably.

Especially since I've seen the things online about it being a turn on. two faces puking

A few months ago I started having really bad stomach pains, I went to see my doctor about it and eventually they deduced that I was lactose intolerant. I used to be fine with regular milk but I guess now I'm getting older my body is having more trouble dealing with it.

When I mentioned this to my mum she told me that when I was an infant the doctor told her I was only allowed to have goat's milk or formula. I feel like I dodged a bullet.

See this is why this site is special. I'm pretty sure anywhere else I'd have caused a small stampede of raging cows to tell me how wrong and sick I am.

Probably the people who are hiring these: http://lactspeak.com/
Found because I'm following a discussion of a blogger who has gone crazy and long story short... there are breastfeeding specialist lawyers.

The whole thing is creepy.

Thankfully I've never been titfed. Really I do find BFing gross and rather disturbing when humans do it though I saw a cat titfeeding once and thought it cute.
If you consider the garbage consumed by the average woman you realize breastmilk probably isn't that great. I also think titfeeding is largely a control mechanism by mothers to have power over family dynamics and block duh out along with attentionwhoring. At the least they should keep it covered up. Now I do agree that humans ingest a lot of disgusting things like cows milk, sugar, synthetics, etc.

I don't care one way or another if it's discreet, but these days it almost never is. They whip it out openly everywhere and then moo and low when people ask them to use some modesty and discretion. Moos like to attention whore about it and use it as another bit of leverage for themselves in the "mompetition" against other moomies. And all these "lactivists" and the like? First world problems. *yawn*
