Parunts in DC area (my neck of the crazy woods) leave 2 kids..under 2... in a car...in the cold... while they go to a restaurant for a wine tasting. What has happened to the times of 'getting a sitter?' or maybe.... forgoing the wine tasting because your toadlers have no sitter and maybe...as a parent.. you actually have to stay HOME with them?????

Apparently the Moo and Duh had enough of an good income to attend a private wine tasting at an exclusive restaurant and own a very nice car.

They did not have the basic common sense to realize how dangerous it is to park two kids under age two in an unattended car on a city street at cold winter temperatures.
