Love is blind... some people will just make endless excuses for their partner's wrongdoings. Sadly there are a lot of people who would rather put their fingers in their ears and go "LA LA LA LA LA I'M NOT LISTENING" so they can stay in the comfort zone of their relationship rather than admit that their partner isn't the person they thought they were.
