A pensioner died after being found with ammonia burns having been left in her own urine for eight days, it has been claimed.
Doctors found 69-year-old Margot Green in agony after she arrived at Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton, Somerset, with burns 'all over her body'.
She died four days later after developing an infection.
Her devastated daughter Corrin Garland has hit out at a care company tasked with visiting Ms Green twice daily, claiming the pensioner had not been showered for three weeks.

The 43-year-old said she found her mother's bed covered in urine and faeces and has complained to Taunton-based Way Ahead Care.
Workers from the company provided two half-hour care visits a day at a cost of £35 a week.
Margot Green paid for the carers.

Looks like the kid and the care company let this woman down. Really sad.
