- Says her life was shallow and about nothing but drinking until age 21 (when she had the kid), then her kid became her life

I remember reading a book ages ago about child actors and the aftermath of those early years; these were kids who were in movies in the 30s-50s. One of them said when she reached adulthood she asked her mother why she had pushed her into acting at the age of 3. Her mother replied, "It was what you always wanted to do."

And mothers are still using the same bullshit excuse. This kid "loves" having her hair and make up done according to moo, but she's "forced to resort to bribery to ensure that Minnie sits still while she is made up." Won't dress her kid in jeans or pants of any kind. Wouldn't it be great to see this kid grow up to be a tom boy?

I'm just glad that pageants weren't a thing when I was growing up. My mom would have forced me to participate whether I liked it or not. (And I wouldn't have. I was a complete tomboy, something Mom never understood.)

I never understood the appeal of child beauty pageants. They seem like little more than legal child pornography. I mean come on, dressing toddlers up to look like miniature sluts, piling them in enough makeup to make drag queens cringe and having them dance and hop around on stage? How are pedos not jacking off to it? And I have never once heard of a kid who actually wanted to do it; kid pageants are just a way for their insecure Moos to live vicariously through the kids because Moo was never a stunning blonde bimbo attracting the eyes of all the jocks. You never hear about pageant dads, do you? No, because most fathers probably don't want to see their daughters tarted up like street walkers and performing for money. Most, if not all pageant Moos appear to be single mothers and I have a feeling that's not a coincidence. Moos will put their daughters through the most ridiculous bullshit for those few minutes of fame and attention on stage, and Gawd help that girl if she has a meltdown in front of the judges.

If a little girl (or boy) wants to smear Mommy's lipstick on her face and trot around the living room in Mommy's high heels, that doesn't mean she wants to be a professional pageant contestant. It means she wants to play dress-up and have an actual fucking childhood.

And pageant kids do not look beautiful. They look pretty hideous because little girls are not meant to have professionally-done adult makeup on. It looks like the head of a barely-legal porn star has been made-up and slapped on an underdeveloped child body. It's not beautiful - it's weird.

Why are kids this young even allowed to be in pageants, and who the hell decided that a slutty baby was hot enough to win eight pageants? Were the judges panels comprised of all the local sex offenders? Moo is spending all her money to make Moo happy and her daughter is simply a pawn.

I can't put into words the hatred I have for this stupid woman, and there is so much problematic with this woman I don't even know where to begin.

I was going to make some crack about how the name "Minnie-Beau" will look atop a resume in 20 years, but then I remembered she probably won't be applying for any jobs, she'll end up leeching off others just like Moo. But until then, I deeply pity that poor child.

A more recent thing - my one Cousin had 3 kids, trying for a girl. # 3 was a girl and they went hog wild nuts trying to make her a 'girly girl'. And she would have NONE of it! Another Tomboy HA! She's presently at Uni studying Engineering. Drives a pick up truck.

Few of us are 'girly girls' and the one who stands out - is an insecure manipulator who tries to operate off of her looks. And she isn't bad looking, but a 'fairly good looking for an average 45 year old woman' is not Kim K and she is very shallow and stupid and all she understands is looks and shopping. To the tune of - beyond bankruptcy - she's had serious legal issues (bill skipping? fraud?) over this. She has basic retail jobs (involving clothes and makeup of course) and hides her spending from her H.. And has begged family for money for fear he'll divorce her over her profligate spending.

And all she talks about is looks and gossip. Very shallow and lacking of brains. Said at a 'family thing' to her Dad recently - Of all your daughters - don't you think I'm the prettiest? Again - this woman is mid 40s, not a teen ager. She acts like a teen ager.

And as far as I know - no one 'trained' her to act like this.

I can only imagine the damage done by those who DO train their kids to think this way ~

I watched an episode of pageant moms or whatever is was called. What struck me is that all the Moos were in the 300 pound range with unkempt hair and no makeup, while their poor daughters were made up like Vegas showgirls. Hey Uglyella, why don't you fix yourself up instead of treating your child like a dress up doll.

The kid looks sad and stressed in every picture. Even the one with the smile looks like a stressful, forced smile. Normal kids that age usually have a big happy smile when moo/duh give them attention and take pics.
