Perfect way to deal with idiots who don't understand "fire lane" or "emergency vehicles only" or just plain old "this is not for you".

I don't think the person even needs an additional fine for parking there. The way the FD dealt with obstructing access to the fire plug is a perfect natural consequence.

Though I must add; I myself drive an SUV (small, hybrid Subaru Cross-trek) because I do a lot of wild and domestic animal rescue and transport. So I'm entitled to my SUV
