So, here in the mountainous state of Pennsylvania, as in all across the U.S., one needs a license to fish, hunt, drive, and operate a boat, but not to fuck and pop out kids. In NEPA, there has been an epidemic of children being left in cars during one of the hottest summers I can remember. Is the collective IQ plummeting? Is the drinking water riddled with fracking waste and coal mine run-off? One may never know. I do know that there are too many horrific child abuse cases in this area of the world and I wish there was a way to only allow responsible people to breed.

In May, this genius left an infant in the backseat of an unlocked car on an 89 degree day while she shopped at Walgreens. I think the kid survived.

This person was a babysitter, but still worthy of equal scorn, obviously. She was supposed to take the kid to daycare, but instead left her in the car and worked a full shift. How do you forget a fucking four-year-old? The poor kid didn't make it.

In July, a moo left her son in a car for thirty minutes while she went grocery shopping. The kicker is, she's pregnant with another one. The child luckily was rescued by a bystander and survived.

This moo of the year left her kids in the car while she worked out at a gym, an eleven-year-old with autism and a five-month-old to be exact. She admitted to having done this multiple times in the past. The children survived and somehow are allowed back with their awful breeders.

Come December, there will be an epidemic of kids left in cars in the parking lot of the local casino. No, I'm not making this up.

I had to look up the statistics and oddly enough, PA ranks low for lil' sizzler deaths.

Of course, states with hotter average temps and more dumbasses will always have the statistical advantage. Per capita, Arkansas is the winner while Pennsylvania is in 44th place.

Just as I thought Arizona does pretty well. We have very hot weather and a lot of dumb asses.

Ohh we've got our fair share of dumbasses here, there's no doubt about that. Anytime I see anything in the news about someone being murdered or people getting arrested for stupid shit, my immediate thought is, "Yup, that's either Pennsylvania or Florida." Eight times out of ten, I'm right.

And yeah, it's been fucking hot here lately. I don't know if it just happened to be a warm summer or if this is gonna be the norm from now on because of global warming. Maybe Pennsyltucky residents just aren't used to summer heat being intense enough to warrant hot car PNAs, but now that we've had 90-degree heat for pretty much the last two months, the desire for car-broiled brats has risen noticeably.

There was an article not long ago about a moo in Ohio who broiled her mistake in the upstairs bedroom of all places. The kid was two and the day was about 100 degrees. Moo may have cranked the heat up also to better ensure the result. Of course no one made the connection and the story was forgotten as just not realizing the effects of heat.

Here's one article about the Ohio moo. She received two years because of loads of evidence of serious neglect, including not having custody of her other children.

As one comment said, two years? That's the kind of sentence you get for stealing a candy bar, not for neglecting a child to his/her death.

But we're the selfish ones...

This is great news for all those people who want to commit crimes without punishment but aren't athletic or feeling rapey. Infanticide while parenting is so much easier for the majority of people to achieve.

Years ago I read an article about the discrepancy in punishments for men who rape their own children vs. men who rape others' children...the author made the pithy observation that men were far more likely to get away with counseling and no jail time if they "grew their own victims."

FloriTARD ranks second highest and I really am not surprised - have run into way too many idiots down here who really did sprog in order to see if they would be good parents or not (and most of them are NOT "good parents") then discover they cannot stand being next to what they brought into the world and would rather spend their fucking free hours in the fucking bars drinking their lives away.

Oh yeah.

And the breeders like to accuse the childfree of being childfree so they can fucking party.
