Work to end truancy

I've decided that the best way to end truancy is to allow adults free reign to beat any unattended, school aged person who is not on school grounds, or in their homes, during school hours.

That's all.

Well that's why I say "unattended school-age children", though I highly doubt any legitimate "home schooling" program would involve any sort of shopping trip.

On the very RARE occasion I take a lunch break and go anywhere over the lunch hour to run errands, I see kyds EVERYWHERE. And it makes me think, "Is it a holiday? Why aren't these little fuckers in school?????"
