I just survived (barely) the ordeal of going to my county's health department. I'm sending a complaint letter to their director and attaching copies of the baby cages, telling them I'd gladly pay taxes if they promised that they'd put the cages in the waiting room, and use them accordingly (also doping up the brats prior to putting them in the cages).

Every welfare moo who was in the waiting room had at least 4 squalling brats. Right now I'm praying for death from the throbbing headache I got from being subjected to those shits for an HOUR! (Why don't we torture prisoners this way? They'd give up intel within 5 minutes. I myself was more than willing to give up Dubya's home address AND cell phone #.)
