Immigrant "activist" Deported

The anchor baby provision in the constitution needs to revoked immediately. If a socialist government like Canada (in 1977 no less) can do it, I don't see why we can't.

Besides the fact that the brat doesn't really have a "disease", I think that she should take the kid to Mexico with her and then if the kid wants to come back when its 18, fine.

Since she had the chance to take her kyd back to Mexico with her when she was deported and chose not to, obviously she intends to break US law again by coming back. But legally she has abandoned the boy. Now child protective services should place him in foster care, terminate her parental rights for violating immigration law and abandonment, and put him on the fast track to adoption.

I'll bet if anchor babies were taken away on the grounds that their illegal alien moos were lawbreakers (of immigration laws), the illegals problem would get a whole lot better quickly.

There is an alternative, though this administration would never consider it. If the Border Patrol finds a pregnant illegal here, which means she intends to have a US-citizen anchor baby on US soil, then give her an abortion and deport her.

That would send a message too. The gung-ho breeder nuts in the administration would not like it, but they have no problem with using the government to try to restrict legal abortion rights. As Barry Goldwater once said, the same government that can tell you you cannot have an abortion is the same government that could tell you one day that you must have one. This example with illegals is where the latter scenario would work to benefit the US taxpayer.

Before she went to live in the church to avoid arrest, she has been working at an airport cleaning airplanes due to fake documents (Social Security card and so forth). Jesus...people go through strict background checks when they apply for work in airports due to the obvious: terrorism. Yet, this woman was allowed to work ON airplanes where she had access to the entire system!

As for the anchor baby, this cunt has no concern for him once she got deported. All the boy was to her was a meal ticket to stay in the States. I also wish any preggo illegal caught could be given an abortion and sent back but, k-man, you are right how the government who fights against abortion rights cannot suddenly tell certain people they must abort.

they put on more security flying into america, shoes have to be taken off, no liquids, (more than 100ml but milk for babies is ok go fig). and yet there is that hole in the south of america where they just have to walk or swim across the border..

Amethusos, you brought out a question that has been in the back of my mind. Do federal and state laws get suspended somehow inside houses of worship? Just how can a lawbreaker be shielded from being snatched by the authorities by seeking "sanctuary" inside a church as this moo did? Just what is stopping the cops from raiding a church to grab someone such as her? Anyone know?

K-man, I do not know how churches became sanctuaries. I do feel that law is bunk because churches pay no taxes so they should have zero right to get involved in anything that involves law enforcement. Of course, this church was a fucking Hispanic church. I somehow doubt the Padre of this church would have taken in, let's say, a woman who was seeking asylum from a non-Spanish speaking country where she would be "circumcised" where she would be sentenced to a life of pain in her vaginal area.

Churches offer no such sanctuary legally. People using churches to hide, to plan revolutions, and to feel free in a very controlled environment is nothing new. I really don't see why she didn't take the baby back with her, after all if he was born here he is a citizen and when he turns 18 he is legally allowed to come back to this country. I say send them both back.

Yarmalita did not take the child back with her because the boy was nothing more than a pawn for her to try to stay in the United States. Mexicana Mommy does not want to support her kid "back home" and pay for his rice & beans so she abandoned him for the US to take care of...

Here in LA, we have had a daily barrage of this story from every news outlet and every broadcast or print medium. I am getting so sick of looking at the moo's face plastered everywhere I look that I was briefly tempted to buy a few cans of spray paint last night while shopping at Home Depot!

I am with Ann when she said the woman should have taken her kid with her when she was deported. Ms. Coulter also has said her share of the World Trade Center Widows who made a fortune off of their husbands' deaths. Instead of mourning, those women ended up buying Chanel suits and Luis Vuitton handbags from Park Avenue but that is another thread altogether...
