2424 Baby Watching

Yea, I don't get it either. SO and I saw a couple a few weeks ago at an outdoor concert. They had a toddler with them, maybe a year or so old, in a stroller. They sat and stared at this kid as if it were performing amazing feats right there in it's stroller. As if they took their eyes off of it, it would spontaneously combust. Sat there, smiling, gazing at it. What a pathetic pair of losers.

I don't get it either. Drooling, eye rolling, head wobbling, flailing arms and legs and vomiting just don't amuse me, unless I'm the one doing it...and even then, I wouldn't expect anyone else to be interested. It's not like babies do ANYTHING and it's not like they care if you aren't staring at them....
Babies are stupid.

I've had to care for a lot of babies, and I've never been able to figure out why people are so enthralled with them. Alexander is right- they do NOTHING! Occasionally they'll giggle. Big whoopee...
