And I agree with you, KidFreeLuvnLife -- grandparents are, indeed, as delusional as parents, if not more so. I don't know about you, but I tend to cringe when I see a woman practically worshipping her grand-brat and spoiling them all to hell. It's one thing to be a typical grandmoo, but it's another thing to coo at a child when it misbehaves - because we all know how amusing their antics are when they break something or throw a tantrum in a store.
