Cops: Wisconsin Parents Poured Water on Pantsless, Duct-Taped Children Outside

CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. —
A man and wife from Cadott face child neglect charges that include allegations they duct-taped their two boys together as they stood outside without their pants and also poured water on them.

A criminal complaint filed in Chippewa County Circuit Court said the case began Oct. 18 when a sheriff's investigator and social worker spoke with a 6-year-old boy at Cadott Elementary School who had bruising around one hip, across his back and on the left jaw and ear area.

Investigators said they learned the boy's mother slapped him on the face and his stepfather punished him with a belt. They said they also learned of an incident in which the boy was hit with a belt and then had to stand duct-taped to his 7-year-old stepbrother as they were standing outside with no pants on and water was poured on them.

The 28-year-old husband was charged with two counts of physical abuse of a child and one of causing mental hart to a child. His 27-year-old wife was charged with two counts of child neglect and one of causing mental harm by failing to protect a child.

They are scheduled to be in court Jan. 2.

These people are downright assholes. Just think, back when I was a kid, this would be considered a "discipline". Those kids would not have had much protection back then. I remember back in 1st grade, these were kids with bruises from parents beating them. No one has ever questioned them. If kids ever mentioned anything to a teacher, teacher would say: "You did not get enough, you bratty kid!"

I am glad that this kind of shit get at least some attention from the law now days. The only other thing that needs to be put in place are the breeders. But that's coming, one way or the other. Either Uncle Sam will run out of money from feeding them, or senior Calderon (President of Mexico) will drain the USA of all of it's money by flooding USA with his people. But either way, days of free lunches are getting shorter and the end is not too far.

Just keep on breeding, then came cry to me when Uncle Sam pulls out his pockets and there is nothing in them. Will see who will be talking then about "raising the future".

That's ridiculous. Just discipline your kids the RIGHT way. Don't do something so cruel and humiliating.

How would those parents like to be humiliated like that?
