Posting problems

Hi,

when I try to post, I get a message telling me my message might be spam and that I can try again. I try again and the message just vanishes and I have to try and repost it.

I am pretty careful with entering the anti-spam letters but I still get this stupid message.

I can assure you I am not a spammer!

Someone else pointed out that this issue can arise if we have been logged in for a time without any activity. If I have not done anything for about 30 minutes, I will log out and log back in. Usually, this is when I find I have the same problems. Hope this helps...
