Sterilisation is for women who do not want any more children, or those who are sure that they do not want any children at all. You have to accept that once you are sterilised, you will almost certainly not be able to have children.
Many women have more than one long-term relationship or marriage, and it has become quite common for a sterilised woman to later want a baby. It's a big decision to make, and not something you should rush into. Never get sterilised if you or your partner aren't completely sure, or if you are under stress, especially if you have just given birth, or had a miscarriage or an abortion.
