Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but don't Xtians teach in their sacred text that SkyDaddy make childbirth as horrible as it is TO PUNISH ALL WOMEN FOR EVE'S SIN of DESIRING KNOWLEDGE? Wouldn't that also make the result of all that horrific childbirth,the child, more punishment? As far as I know, one does not get rewards for what you've just been punished for.

Also, if children were such a wonderous gift, I'm guessing there'd be way fewer people mauling, molesting, abusing, killing, torturing, and not doing anything to take care of those "gifts".
