No mandates, limitations, etc can change my mind that IVF should not be covered at any benefit level, public or commercial, EVER. If anything, sterilization, B/C & maybe (egads!) adoption coverage should be our only concerns right now with population out of control.

There was a stink in the mid-1990s when the news got out that Massachusetts ("MA" postal code, as Blank referred to it) was paying for fertility drugs for moos on welfare. In other words, women who were already receiving tax dollars for having had sprogs were being given drugs to enable them to have more welfare sprogs! I thought the commonwealth had gotten wiser, but obviously not...

That's almost as bad as the now-defunct federal mandate that men on Medicaid be able to get taxpayer-paid Viagra—until it turned out that convicted sex offenders on Medicaid were getting it too...

Either way, IVF comes out of SOMEONE ELSE'S POCKET.

At several thousand dollars per attempt, there is NO WAY IN GAY HELL that a person receiving treatment has paid that much INTO the pot where that money comes from.

Lawmakers who make that shit mandated should be castrated and fed their own balls.
