kid wash trial

I have to respectfully disagree somewhat with putting this woman on trial.
If I remember correctly, this is the mother who used the spraywash on a shitty, tantrumy little girl. It wasn't on 'full power', and from what I could see on the video, only her legs were sprayed. I do not categorize this as child abuse.
Granted, this falls into the category of everything that we snark here.

and all the other farking lies society tries to foist off on the ignorant, unwary, and dead fish floating downstream.

I agree, I don't consider it abuse, nor harsh.

It was kind-of a strange form of punishment, but I can imagine when a parent has had enough of a trantrummy kid, they pretty much just snap.

I have an extremely low tolerance for bullshit, therefore, I'd make a terrible parent. I'd have killed the little brat right there in public.

You are a smart, selfless person. I just cannot understand why this society does not appreciate us or our views. I know that I too would make an awful pahrunt. So, I chose to not play that trumpet. I am not harming anyone. In fact, many CF people do not wish harm onto little brats (even thus many brats, teenage ones especially, just downright need to be horsewhipped and dumped in the manure). I would think that some of the future breeders would come to this site and read it before they start popping them out. What a better place our country would be.

But kids do get awfully dirty...
