New law says you can dump kids up to age 19!

Well, as long as those kids end up with MUCH better lives than they EVER could be promised with such parunts like that.

Or, the parunts could do even better: USE PROTECTION PROPERLY.

I think it's great. So long as the kids abandoned by their parents end up in a better home eventually: a loving foster home or a loving adoptive home. But yeah, parents shoulda used protection, or shoulda been as thoughtful and deliberate as the CF folks, if they didn't want kids.

But not everyone is as thoughtful as we are.
