The family is suing the state of CA and the the boating company for her apparent decision to jump of an unanchored boat in 20MPH winds. The boat rental place for not providing whatever is needed to get back on a boat even a ladder. Most of that stuff is not provided like anchors as they are constantly being stolen, but no ladder is weird. The boat apparemly had nothing on it that could be used for flotation even if there were another adult onboard
The media is still selling "moo died saving babyee" I have a feeling it was an accidental fall though unless she took being ditzy into the stratosphere.
