MOTHERS have to pay back as much as $60,000 to men they wrongly blame for fathering their children.
They are being forced to repay the money following a contentious reform of child support laws.

News Limited can reveal that 18 men, cleared of fatherhood by DNA testing, have made use of changes last year permitting them to claw back funds already paid through the Child Support Agency.

Documents obtained under Freedom of Information show orders for return of funds totalling $171,567 have so far been ordered against the mothers.

The money is being garnisheed from mothers' incomes by the Child Support Agency in the same way that payments are taken from the wages of non-custodial fathers.

Angry women's groups said last night that it would be the children at the centre of the disputes who would suffer most if money were paid back.

In each case the duped men were able to prove beyond doubt in the courts they were not the fathers using DNA paternity testing.

The new law, Section 143 of the Child Support (Assessment) Act, requires the Family Court to consider issuing orders for repayment where paternity is successfully challenged and child support has been paid.

The new law, allowing such repayment debts to be collected by the Child Support Agency, became effective on January 1 last year.

In the biggest case, Queensland man Ken Rodgers obtained orders for the repayment of $60,000 after making child support contributions over a decade to a woman who refused to even send him a photograph of his alleged child.

Making mothers pay back child support was last night condemned by women's groups.

Sole Parent's Union president Kathleen Swinbourne said garnisheeing a mother's wages would only hurt the child.

She said men should raise doubts about paternity when they are first told they are a father.

It is about time. The women's groups getting so mad about it irks me. Isn't feminism about being RESPONSIBLE for one's own life and choices??? The Sole Parent's Union Pres should bugger off. I really do not care if garnishing the moos' wages would hurt the child. What about the men who were financially hurt by having to support kids that were not theirs? I do agree men should get a DNA testing automatically when the wife or girlfriend says she is pregnant. Maybe the women will be angry but better safe than sorry. Yet, I do not think this is a solid argument to continue to make the men pay or the men not getting their money back. Fraud is fraud. People want to overlook it when "that child" is involved. What many feminists now want is selective socialism. To hell with everyone else but them and their children.

I can speak for experience on this one. My husband has 2 grown mistakes, er I mean kids from his first mistake, er I mean marriage. One is a pregnant 23 year old daughter who has been lying about being in college the past 3 years. In his divorce agreement when said daughter was 8 years old, he agreed to pay extortion payments for 4 years out of high school if the kid was a full time student completing a bachelor's degree.

What this little bitch has been doing is signing up for enough credits to make her a full time student, enough to be proof that she's a "student" to get daddy's money, then drops out a few weeks into the semester. For the past 1.5 years we've been embroiled in a horrible fight to end these $700 a month extortion payments. The judge has been fucking up this case from day 1, they keep failing to produce the proof that she's been a student and the judge keeps giving them more and more time to send it in. The judge is a fucking woman, nonetheless.

Furthermore, he has demanded all of the child support money that his ex owes him, money he paid all the while the daughter has not been a student. It comes up to like $30k. Know what our lawyer said? "I doubt the judge will award you any of that money because it will be seen as too much of a hardship on your ex to pay it back."

WHAT THE FUCKING FUCK IS THAT????????????

I'd LOVE to see these whores actually have to PAY back that money but there are too many god damned bleeding hearts in the court system that aren't going to make this a reality.

This mess about making these whores pay back what they stole will "hurt the chylldrennnnnn" is complete BULLSHIT. I won't even rant about the obvious reasons why this stealing of child support is wrong and how the moo whores should be prosecuted for fraud. I'd like an honest answer regarding their relentless and unfuckingdying concern about "the chyylldren". Suppose the whore knows full well who the baybee daddy is but LIES that it's one man's kyd simply because she likes him better, he has a better job, he would make a better father, or she is conveniently married to him at the moment. etc.......So, her plan of fraud is born and she begins the receiving of stolen property in the form of a monthly $1000 child support check. Suppose they get divorced the next year and the lucky man she named as baybee daddy gets remarried and THAT whore predictably pops out his TRUE biological replicant? What about THAT child and his needs? Does THAT child count or is it only their OWN kyd's financial needs that mean a damn? Perhaps, is it all about "the chyllldren" when it ALSO benefits them financially? Could that be it maybe?

Yet, he still has about 16 years left on the payment plan for the first bastard who isn't even his kyd, so naturally that ties up funds that he COULD have spent on his current and actual biological kyd. In the meantime, moo whore has also remarried and has caught herself a pretty thick wallet this time around and is able to lavish her first bastard with every available luxury with the extra 1k a month she gets, JUST on him and his frivolous wants, when she isn't spending it on herself. Then the falsely accused baybee daddy struggles to get his TRUE son the most basic of things and has to work 2 jobs just to feed and clothe the boy since a big part of his monthly income is going to support a kyd who doesn't belong to him. There is something very very wrong with this scenario, but I would be willing to bet that it's all too common. My actual question is, "What about THAT child and HIS needs?"

I think the following rules regarding baybee daddys would be the most fair to ALL concerned.

1)If they are married to a man when getting knocked up it should NOT be an automatic assumption that he is the father. ALL men should be given the opportunity to have a DNA test before the whore ever leaves the hospital with the loaf. Positive results should remain anonymous and even negative results, IF the man so chooses. It should be voluntary and discreet, but offered and easily available. I believe that a lot more men than most moocows think would opt to take the dna test, I know I would. It could nip a lot of problems in the bud early on.
2)No non bio father who assumes a paternal role and establishes a "pattern of support", as in the case of a step father, should EVER be made to involuntarily pay child support on his former moocow's kyds. This is a HORRIBLE practice of late and only HURTS these precious chyyldren they care so much about. I consider that new trend to be a deterrent for caring men to offer any support where they normally might have done so willingly, as long as they were burying the bone with moomie.
3)No man's name should be placed on a birth certificate, IF he is unmarried to moocow, unless a DNA test has been administered. If he chooses to adopt the bastard kyd at a later date, more power to him. Too many men are caught up in the moment, only to regret signing away their life later on.
4)Once all of the steps have been observed and the man allows his name to go on the birth certificate, then tough shit. He is now the proud owner of an 18 year payment plan which will likely depreciate the minute it's driven off the lot.
5)If the whore claims the baybee daddy is "unknown" at it's birth, which is almost ALWAYS because she wants to draw a welfare check, then she will NEVER legally be allowed to "remember", or to later bring child support proceedings against any man. Too many whores live off of welfare, then find out 8,10, 15 years down the road that the baybee daddy has a great job and making tons of money, THEN they want to show up with a shitty little asshole preteen/teen and disrupt his new life with his wife and their LEGITIMATE kyds. Then he gets slapped with the news of the bastard kyd and multi thousand dollar back child support suit right when he and his famblee should be reaping the benefits of their hard work and sacrifices, NOT taking in a delinquent. (this happened to my uncle, WHAT A NIGHTMARE)

Just the thought of having to fork over THOUSANDS of dollars to some meaningless former whore in my husband's life AND be expected to treat his bastard like famblee, makes me so angry that I believe I could committ murder over it. This type thing happens all of the time as well, but more often than not they extort money or blackmail the man rather than go for support, which is just as bad or worse.

It's about time! Up until now moos could legally blackmail who weren't the sperm donors without any risk.

I agree with Kim here, I think every baby should be DNA tested, or given that opportunity before the man signs the birth cert, married or not.

It is sad this make child in poverty by moo be listed in the debt register. But the moo shouldn't conning/frauding the men who are not the fathers anyway nor shouldn't be a wallet. Also men should use DNA testing more that way to show men are not the wallet.
Also my advice for men is that they should not date single moos because they get CSA'ed by being a step-dad.

I was a kyd and teen during the most heated part of the feminist movement, but because of many of my mother's friends who were BLATANTLY discriminated against in the workplace, I am very familiar with what it was meant to be vs what it has become. It was SUPPOSED to be equal work for equal pay, and FAIR and equal rights to women, and basically no discrimination of any kind be it employment, school, legal, marital, etc,... based on gender, of either sex. It was meant to level out pay scales such as a man AUTOMATICALLY getting a higher salary simply because he was a man, but the woman sitting next to him was doing the exact same job and often had more seniority, along with the smaller paycheck.

Now though, breeders have made it seem like it's PRO woman, when really it was meant to be for gender equality. They have RUINED the whole concept by demanding SUPERIOR rights and SPECIAL priveleges, and the whores have warped and fucked up everything. Instead of equal pay for equal work, they are whining about how they should get MORE time off from work because they are doing TMIJITW, but they still want to be paid as much or more, which causes animosity among ALL employees, especially (and rightfully so) the males. They whine about how their companies ought to add on a breastfeeding room, a childcare center, or allow them to "'work from home", which is basically a joke when moomies claim to be doing it. These whores seem to think that ANY job can be done from home, when in fact, it just isn't feasible. MANY, if not most, regular jobs require that the employees be present at least a part of the time.

They are literally raping men for child support, EVEN WHEN they are'nt even the baby daddy. If a man has a good and trusting heart and raises or claims that kyd as his own for any length of time, the whore can DEMAND that he pony up child support REGARDLESS of the result of a paternity test, which I find abhorent. These moocows have ZERO understanding of what a gender struggle is like financially, because if they work their almighty little money maker and ooze out a brat, they have their way in life paved.
