Another young victim of gun culture!

"Gun Culture"--nonsensical buzzword created by Sarah Brady and her gun-grabbing, Constitution-ignoring ilk.

The only victim is the person who was shot. The criminal here is the irresponsible gun owner who did not properly secure their weapon(s).

Amended to say that on Fark they are positing that one of the teens did it and it's a cover, but still, lock up your guns.....
