Sherz, in Mexico, they do not have the safety standards that we Americans have. Like, no swimming in a pool right before a storm hits. I mean, how stupid can you be? Water acts like an electric pool that lets electricity shoots very fast and ppl die from that. (Of course normal I.Q. ppl know that.
