Local talk radio is taking calls from mom's about how to save $$$$.
Below are a few of the suggestions:

Eat at McDonald's instead of a higher priced restaurant. I suggest they cook a damned meal, stop being so lazy.

Lessen the minutes on your kids cell phone. How about you get rid of the damned cell phone, who the hell is a 9 year old going to call anyway?

These are really stupid economic suggestions.

For heaven's sake.

I try to do a vegetarian meal about every third meal, to save money...but it doesn't have to be abstemious! Last one was a BIG baked tater and a big bowl of salad which consisted of chopped egg, julienned carrot, sliced celery, diced mushrooms, crumbled home-made cheese, and diced tomato all mixed together and dressed with a home-made balsamic vinaigrette. On the potato we put butter, sour cream, and some thinly sliced green onion and fresh-ground black pepper. It was DELICIOUS. Total cost (includes leftovers for DH's lunch next day): about $2.50, for three full meals. Healthy as well...I love baked taters. Nom!

Tonight's meal is a crock pot full of bean stew with mushrooms, diced onion, tamari, and 1 pack of sliced bratwurst (bought on sale last October if you can believe it; we bought a freezer full). We should be able to get tonight's dinner with seconds and at least 3 big lunch portions from it; 5 hearty meals. Total cost of ingredients is probably around $3.50-$4...and takes no time to cook, and has minimal washing-up.

Sheesh, this is not rocket surgery, especially the E-Z crock pot stew.

Breeders can't tell the difference between a luxury and a necessity.

If it's one thing about the recession that's driving me nuts, it's hearing about how the breeders are suffering. Talk about a shallow, materialistic lot they are. Damn right, learn how to cook a meal you dumb cow! I can't believe people have kids and don't know how to do something so basic. A McDonald's kiddie meal costs about four bucks, then tack on whatever Mommy is cramming down her piehole.

What is this shit about taking the brats to McDonalds to save money??? They took the brats to McDonalds all the time before the recession,... I mean, am I missing something here? I thought the McDonalds diet the breeders have half the brats on in this country was part and parcel to the brat obesity problem, because they were already being taken there too often?

Basically, if you just take a look online you will see these whores spend way more time mommyblogging and message boarding with the other moos than they do preparing meals from sratch (never).

What is worse is how I knew a WELFARE mother where I used to live. She has the snazziest of cells and so does her nasty eleven-year-old daughter. Anytime a new one comes out and the single moo cannot renew her contract, she gets a line extension for an extra $9.99 a month to get the latest phone. She lives at home with her mother now so she does not have any financial obligation. This woman is 31.

Get this, everyone! The DAUGHTER downloaded porn onto her cell and was bullying her sister, who is only 6 and cannot defend herself. This friend, who is no longer, pretty much rewards her criminal-in-training. On her My Space, she has a photo of her with the older girl on the front of her profile. Any photos with the little one are last. What does that say. Sorry to go off-topic about the economics issue.

Breeders are so stupid. They probably sit all clueless, slack-jawed, staring at the computer screen while reading tips on how to save money. They have no concept of necessity. They think everything is a necessity because don't 'cha know, Shitford just needs the best of everything.
