1672-Bad kids in Mrs. Ogre's Neighborhood

Those kids sound like real bastard pains in the ass. Unfortunately, the school can't do anything about them because they are not on school property, and I'm sure the workers at the school are glad to be rid of them. The right people to call would be the police. You can call anonymously. I've done it several times because of kids in my neighborhood, and no one has found out that I was the one who called. Fax or email the pictures to the police station. Also, if these kids are skipping school and hanging out at your building the police will report them to the truant officer, and they'll be in even more trouble.

I agree with Sherz. Though I don't have much faith in our local donut eaters.
