Yeah, Feh, I thought you were younger, too (wise younger, like India said). You and I is the same age then! Hey, menopause isn't too far off.... Can't come soon enough, though.

Hey, count me in there too guys! I'm 38.

Feh, my martial arts is what keeps me calmed down. I've always needed to be allowed to hit things/people, break things & make noise in a legal way to take the edge off or scary things happen.

And I notice all those people that tell others they need to "calm down" & get married, have kids, etc are the same ones making appointments with the famblee counselors I work for, hehe.

Yoga keeps me centered...I would like to think! Yeah, Ivy, the people who marry & breed to "calm down" are the ones who are acting out years later...

Trust me when I say, if I were any calmer, I'd be catatonic. There are few things in life I love more than laying on the couch and doing a crossword with my cat sitting on my stomache. Roller derby is pretty much my only activity, I just love to knock a girl who is 10 years younger down.
