Parunting-by-Cop

I'm sure many of you have heard of the concept of 'suicide by cop' -- whereby some criminal with nothing left to lose will threaten a cop at close range just so he can die quickly and not face charges for all their monumental fuck-ups.

Well, now, there's apparently 'parenting by cop'. Here's a lovely story about some mawm who couldn't get her precious angle to attend middle school, so she called the police to 'encourage' the little spud.
