School Days Once Again

Remind me again WHY this is anyone's problem except for the parents who decided to have these kids in the first place?

Am I being extreme to say that any individual who is "needy" and accepting donations or on public assistance should be FORCED to be on birth control?

Not at all, CC. My former husband -- Husband #2 -- was not suited for me but he was right when he said a welfare mother should be sterlised after the first one. Most of these moos never make it off the dole so my ex was right although a religious friend of mine just bit her tongue when she heard him say that one...
