Double Standard

Look at this story and picture, it broke my heart.

Oh, but if this were a CHYYYLD, the entire world would have to stop everything, the best surgeons called in, funds raised, to save it's life.

But, it's "just an animal" so let's put it to sleep.

I'm so fucking sick of the "it's just an animal" attitude, which I've noticed is especially prevalent among breeders.

So am I! I am also fucking sick of seeing animals who were dumped in shelters because of a new crotchdump. If moo tried to do that to her first kid when the second one came along, she would not get away with it.

But of course, "It's only an animal!"
