Sorry you had this terrible experience, Proper Cynic.
That said, as I am not one in favor of bullying or punching someone's lights out unless they REALLY deserve it, when it comes to moos and their calves, I vote for punching their lights out.
I've seen these women too, and they're a pain in the ass. The slightest wrong look at their kid sends them into a rage, verbal and physical attacks ensue. BUT! They think it's OK for them to do that because they're "protecting their chyylld." My ass.
One good shot to the face will quickly snap them back to reality.

I feel for you, Proper Cynic, to have to deal with this shit for a roof over your head. Relatives with kids have GOT to be the worst. I am glad I live three thousand miles away from my stepbrothers...especially the one who bred with his pedigreed wifey. I am not the least bit interested in my "nephew". I am NOT an "aunt"...
