Living with half a body and breeding

Yesterday, there wasn't anything good on tv, so I ended up watching a show about a woman with half a body like Kenny, who has a schizophrenic and alzheimer dad and a retard brother who has rage outbursts (the mother died a couple of years before). She got married and ended up pregnant. She said she'd keep the kyyyyyd even if it didn't have legs and arms and was retard. Why are some people allowed to breed? Don't they have enough problems as it is?

GOOD GORGE!! Misery loves company, so I guess this lady thought "I'm thoroughly miserable, so I'll breed and bring anoher human life into our little mix and she/he will be miserable too!" Poor kid.............
