Hehe...I signed the petition. I don't even drink, but I think money is better spent on alcohol than on kids, if I would have to choose between those two.

Hm...
Canada: good beer, avg. 1.7 kids per family.
America: bad beer (you know it's true), avg. 2.5 kids per family.

And it creates jobs and helps the economy. You know, jobs for farmers, brewers, and liquor store workers.

I'm suprised there's so many non-drinkers here. But, eh, maybe it's because I'm a Canuck, eh?

And I know from firsthand experience that Mr. Mercer drinks like a good Canadian too (well, he's a Newfie).

Beer drinkers must visit Wisconsin where beer is considered food.

americans dont have proper beer, the uk has real ales, beers, lagers(which is american beers), we have bitters, and milds, even cider(alcoholic hard cider, even perry cider made from pears). theres even banana bread beer, which has an aftertaste of banana's which is exquisite.

Again, I must stand up and educate you all on the glory of Wisconsin and it's beer culture. Being settled by Germans, we've a history of brewing here that is longer than our state's existance. We have a vast array of craft breweries (not to mention numerous home brewers) who produce a plethora of delicious ales, lagers, stouts, pilsners, drafts, bocks, fruit beers, reds, darks and wheat beers to name a few.
If you say you love beer then visit Wisconsin, the Mecca of beer. As the grand and glorious Lewis Black says "they're not drinkers, they're professionals."

So the aftertaste is owned by a banana? Sorry, but unnecessary apostrophes drive me crazy. A simple plural noun like bananas does not need an apostrophe. An apostrophe implies a possessive ownership.

Banana beer sounds interesting though.

Look up Mongozo beer, it's African beer made with bananas, and it's fair trade too!

I found it at a beer store here in Calgary, and it was bloomin' good! Banana-y!
