OK, if they are going to pull this shit, then the law makers better start patrolling school grounds, malls, EVERYWHERE, and every time they see a minor smoking, they better hand them a ticket for $100, and fine the parents as well.

If I had $1 for every minor I've ever seen smoking, I'd be a wealthy girl.
