Here's my comment:
Yet another example of someone who should have been sterilized a long time ago. When will people learn? If you can't provide for kids you clearly can't afford, don't have them! It's simple! Really, there should be a mandatory license to breed.
And people say we childfree are selfish. I beg to differ!
