Hopefully that baby will not contract some kind of horrible illness from all the bacteria and filth in that toilet chute. What a way to start life.

Perhaps this is a new symptom of overpopulation. Women's bodies are tricking them into thinking they aren't pregnant in the hopes that the child will be expelled to die.
