The Target report

I went into Target today; usually it's not as bad as Walmart. Not today. Ten feet into the store these two whirling, spinning kids about 3 and 4 come hurtling toward me, not even giving me time to think. As one of them was heading straight for my knee caps, I stuck my arm into its back and exclaimed "YIKE!" and continued on my way. I didn't look back. It was a reflex. But I received no parental rebuttal. I was really pleased with my actions and I highly recommend this approach because it gets the point across yet leaves no room for "Don't tell my kid what to do" or "How dare you yell at my kid".

P.S. I didn't find what I was looking for at Target. Whew.
