Companies that make excuses and enable this entitlement-minded-it-doesn't-apply-to-me behavior make me fucking sick. If I were a business owner/manager, I'd tell the lactating cows to attend the staff training like everyone else or they are out of a job. And I'd make DAMN sure when they were hired, they would sign a contract/acknowledgement of sorts stating the rules and regulations of the company, just in case they ever get the placenta-brained idea that certain rules don't apply to them. After all, they are doing the hardest and most important job in the world. BLECH
