eeeewwww; She wonders about "curds" in the breast milk

"I noticed that refrigerated milk that I put in cooler with ice block gets curds in it after some time.....the milk still smells and tastes good. But those curds are confusing me. The same thing happens to thawed bottles. The taste is still ok, a bit different than fresh, but still ok.
My DD doesn't mind the taste

It is 'clumpy' like that.

"I did check the temperature and it was nowhere near 32-39°F. I lowed the temperature now and it's now 41°F and I can't go lower than that. The fridge is new, so we won't be buying a new one any time soon. We'll see what happens with this temperature. Thank you so much for the suggestion!!! I had no idea that the temperature is too high.......
