Update: some kid kept leaving their big plastic green pedal car out next to the parking lot (different area from the other kindercrap I have mentioned), right in the middle of the sidewalk. It would be there for a few days, then gone for a few days.
One recent night when we returned from a party, DH scooped it up and carried it to the plastics recycle bin. It had been sitting on the sidewalk at the head of our parking space for a solid week. They'd had more than enough time to pick up their shit.
The crap in the common patio area seems to come and go. But there's still a grey and black big wheel and a pink 3 wheeled scooter thingy. I should go slap a "free toys" sign on them.
