Sex on the beach + child watching = prison sentence

If you have sex in front of someone, you're involving them in your sex life. If you want to be an exhibitionist, go to a sex club, swing party, or the right dungeon party.

That said, accidentally witnessing someone having sex isn't irreparably damaging, but it's more in the "DAMN I did NOT want to see that" category.

Stupidity should be painful.

I did have sexual material forced on me as a child, and it was very harming to me. Perhaps some children can shrug it off, but others might not. I, for one, felt very unsafe in my own home for years because of it - leading to a lifelong struggle with anxiety, depression and trust issues.

I do think it's fair to call this sexual assault on a minor. It would be fair to call it that if some single moo was getting it on with her dick-of-the-week in front of her kids at home - the only difference in this situation being intention. But intention doesn't matter - these skeezy a-holes got it on in front of a kid. That is wrong.

Yes, it gets frustrating that all the Mrs. Lovejoys out there get into a panic over every stupid thing that happens to a kid. But sometimes the outrage is warranted.

And if you don't want to be "unjustly" labeled a pedo, perhaps you should not engage in sexual acts in public where kids can see you.

I agree. We throw the "sex offender" label on everything from peeing in public to serial rape, and that's got to stop.

And for those who are actually sex offenders, such as serial rapists, having the label does not prevent them from committing the crime again, as the recidivism rate is huge.

For the offenders mentioned at the beginning of this thread, I believe they should receive a hefty fine and 30 days in prison. If they do it again, give them 6 months in prison. Another offense? A year.

Parents used to have sex in the same room when their kids slept, in the past when many didn't have big houses and had many children.

This was not only not harmful to kids but even considered a good education to what life is about.
Only with the advent of Victorian borgeous society the cabbage and stork nonsense began but in the countryside if was normal for very small children to see parents or older siblings naked and animals and humans mating. And since it wasn't prohibited it wasn't even considered yucky or disgusting just normal.

The whole idea that sex or private parts or kisses are disgusting for children comes from the reactions that parents and the society have themselves, the disgust kids show is a reaction to the fact that their parents teach them it's dirty stuff, it's not for them or even freak out if they ever see "something".

But the scientific evidence that a child could be traumatized by knowing or even seeing these normal life events is totally lacking.

I'm going to go with it's gross to see your parents having sex. Even if it was acceptable a long time ago or in certain cultures. Animals mating, not a problem. But even if that were a debatable point, that's a matter of personal taste. The real issue here is that people have a right to enjoy public spaces without being exposed to other people having sex. The vast majority of the public doesn't want to see that shit. It's no different from titfeeding, the only difference is the bullying and intimidation tactics of the pro-titfeeding crowd and their politically-correct allies.

I wouldn't be "traumatized" by seeing two people fuck, and I doubt anyone here would be, either. But I would be bothered that this was now becoming acceptable behavior in the public realm. For me it has nothing to do with "protecting children" and everything to do with wanting to live in an advanced society where there are some norms, some standards of behavior, and public health and sanitation take precedent over the spur-of-the-moment horny urges of two individuals.

And as a sidebar note, I do not care about the "culture" (so called) of any Turd World nation that holds public fucking rituals, or whatever. This isn't a backward, impoverished wasteland, no matter how much the breeders want it to be.

Agreed and thank you. An animal will mate because it is governed by instinct. Humans presumably have a cerebral cortex and can use their rational brains to determine appropriate time and place.

I think the people in the original story should be prosecuted for having sex in public, not as sex offenders.

The issue here is consent. Many molesters use this line of "thinking" to force themselves on children. "It's for your own good." "It's a life lesson.' "I'm showing you what life is about."

Let the child explore sexuality on his/her own, not have it forced on them. This includes watching sex acts between adults. Everyone should have this right, not just children.

We are not animals nor do we live in one room shacks as people did 200 years ago. I suppose if these two wanted to go to town in front of their own children in a one room shack it would be different.
This isn't the case and it also isn't about children.
They are in a public space, not the privacy of their own home.
Everybody, including me, have the right to use that space without an unasked for live porn show.
Animals mating are irrelevant. They don't have homes, rooms, hotels etc. They also only mate for breeding purposes as opposed to humans who know better.
The bottom line is I don't want to see this shit on a beach I help pay for. They should just be glad they weren't in front of me because I would have called the police as soon as they started humping. I certainly wouldn't have moved, especially if I was there first. They are the ones breaking the rules and so they can stop the behavior or go to jail. I for one refuse to move because 2 assholes are too cheap to get a room.
