Upper Darby, PA is not far from where I grew up. It's pretty much become a slum: a mix of poor white trash, ghetto blacks and the newer Korean immigrants. There's a city transit bus & light rail terminal there that attracts a lot of homeless. No doubt this probably happened near the terminal. I used to go through that area alone at all hours of the day and night when I was younger. It was scary, but no one ever bothered me. My, how times have changed!

Its so bloody sad....We dont have anything like that in Australia - yet! Its only a matter of time though...

Oh why oh why cant they just steralise them all and save the potential misery a kid could go through.
