STOOPID Volkswagen commercial

I saw part of this commercial today. When I went searching for it online, I found this horrendous infomercial-length verson:

It features Brooke Shields and is about the "Routan boom," the concept that people are popping out baybeez so that they can have an excuse to buy the Routan, which is WV's new moovan.

I think it's supposed to be funny, but it's simply RIDICULOUS.

in all fairness, though she's a twit, she has kept herself looking nice, and fit, at 43. THAT SAID, it's a dopey shapeless bubble-car like every other car on the road. They all look the same. No personality or style or distinctions. Nobody cares. Even our wobbly old Metro has more personality. It's all just marketing, marketing, marketing.

I couldn't get the sound to work on my computer, but the video part was scary, like invasion of the baybees!!!

I thought I might have been the only person to notice that all the cars look the bloody same these days! When younger, I could at least tell whcih company made a car, what model it was and come within a reasonable guess as to what year. All modern cars are fucking ugly...no bloody personality whatsoever!

Since when do cars have anything to do with popping out whelp after another?
