Man, the only thing I can say is "Blecch£!! That's just gross, vile, and disgusting! I, too, am betting that only the moo finds this sort of thing "endearing". I'd ask why today's moos can't seem to control their brats, but I already know the answer: either these idiots have never gotten control over their spawn, or they are just too damned lazy to do the WORK of parenting. Most of the time I suspect it is the latter...that brat would be getting a sound spanking from me every time he pulled this shit. Being a boy does NOT excuse public urinating!

I don't get why this is a crime if one is an adult (can get one labeled a "sex offender" if I remember right) but oh so charming when it's a kid doing the same exact thing. It's gross. As one commenter noted, I bet her neighbors enjoy the aroma wafting from the poo pile next to her deck...ick.

Unreal. Why is it that years ago, boys were taught where to pee and were totally appropriate about it? They waited to use the rest room and heaven forbid, they didn't DIE because someone was stifling their creativity, etc. I remember my brother growing up (I'm 6 years older than him). He didn't go whipping it out where ever he felt like it. He was taught proper bathroom manners. What the fuck is wrong with parents anymore?

I grew up with a younger brother and I'm certain he never peed in our yard, or in anyone else's. My arents would have smacked his little bare ass and sent him to the bathroom.

While these parunts think their babies public eliminations are cute, they fail to realize that their toads are expelling bodily liquids and solids that in a hospital setting would be labeled biohazards. No one wants to see your brat shit or piss anywhere!

BULLSHIT it can't hurt you. With all of these "no vaccines" idiots, and with all of the diseases and illnesses kyds carry, it most certainly CAN hurt you. E-coli LIVES in the human bowels, so EVEN IF the brat is healthy, this public pissing and shitting just whenever and wherever he feels like it is a public health and safety issue. ANY disease, bacteria, or illness a human carries can and does get excreted via bodily "waste". That's why it's called "waste" and that's why ANIMALS don't shit and pee where they will step in, or wallow in their own excrement. She does make a good point with all "parents" get doused, drenched, splashed or leaked on, but that is their CHOICE and they know the risks going in, unlike an innocent neighbor who squats down by his deck to retrieve a float and stands back up with UNTOLD bacteria and virus' on his person.

Another thing about parents and their being exposed to urine and fecal matter from their kyds, they are likely more immune to the bacteria and disease because of their constant exposure and their similar environmental exposure as said kyd. This makes them have a higher thresh hold and stronger immunity to getting sick from the shit. In contrast, some of us will be HIGHLY affected and much more likely to get sick since we have no voluntary contact with their kyds assholes or peeholes.These people are not only nasty as hell, they are VERY selfish.

If it is illegal for bums to piss in the park they've made their home in, what makes these moos think it is legal for their child to piss in the same park? Pissing in public is ILLEGAL. Adult piss and child piss are the same, and if you don't want to deal with one, you shouldn't be forced to deal with the other. Also, I don't see how a child would make the leap from "its okay to piss wherever you want" to "I've gotta wizz, I'd better hold it till I get to the bathroom".

On a men's board that I frequent, a poster whom I consider reliable claimed that a 5-year-old boy was arrested for public urination and placed on some sort of a sex offender list. This was in New Jersey, within sight of a public highway, involved a complainant's call to police, and did not make the media. The poster knew some of the law enforcement personnel involved in the case. Those moos need to be really careful when Shitford pees outside.

Public urination is formally considered "indecent exposure" in many states and, yes, in those states it can land you on a sex offender registry.
