1. Moo is ready to give up the kid she loves because she was promised a village and no one has kept their promise and it is better than her "dying":
Commentor left off "or be willing to pay for the village if you didn't bother to set one up before having a baby." Something tells me this moo has never been on the giving end of the village. This isn't her first baby; why didn't she either save the money to hire a village or not have a baby if it meant dying or putting up the baby for adoption as a result?

2. Childfree sibling is getting harassed by mahm to be part of the village because mahm thought it was a good idea to sluice. 40 year old Mahm is passive-aggressively whining to anyone (in the family) within earshot, because how dare they not help without prompting? The OP is 18 and her sister is 19, so their mahm likely thought they would raise her baby for her because it is the dream of all 18- and 19-year-old females to raise their freshly shat piss monster sibling.
OP also states her mom was a crappy mom to her. Her older sister probably agrees. OP also says her moo parentified her with her younger sister. These poor siblings! There is also another sister (age not given) and all three were mistakes. This is especially bad because moo is a nurse. This baby was planned with the new husband so they could have "one of their own tm." She wanted a boy because they are "so much better" (despite no prior experience with a boy) and so her husband could have his legacy.
Others are commenting about how they participated in the village and when they needed something the village abandoned them.

I agree that it takes a village, but a village is something you need to set up before the baby is born, not one that you expect to just come around you after. You can’t expect people to step up and help when you want it, and then get mad when they don’t.
