I do his breath work and cold showers and it helps, I also looked at a youtube video of his this morning. He is the guy who had four kids with his wife and she commit suicide. He said she was the "love of his life" and in this new vid I saw that he married a woman 30 years younger and now has two more little kids. I thought they were his grandkids from the older kids. I guess I can't fault him for not wanting to be alone, but there is always young women out there who will go for an older guy if he is famous or wealthy as he is now. Of course everyone on the comments saw it as part of his sucess
