Cringey at best: Rep Rose

I thought the news had made a mistake and he was the grandfather or even great grandfather. But no.
He met his wife while she was in jr. high. They started dating when she was 18 (mk, sure!). And now they have a 6-year-old and a 3-year-old. I feel bad for this woman because she was very likely groomed coached and he gave her a scholarship, was it some kind of nooky Christian exchange? There are some suspicions, which continue through grad school. The more I look, the more it looks like the dad she never had:

I’ve been able to train, improve, focus on FFA and focus on school. That scholarship has made all the difference. He has also coached me during my preparation, which has been extremely helpful.”

While in grad school she also worked as a government affairs specialist at the Tennessee Electric Cooperative Association.
