Haha, yep. I've also read that in a Japanese Pizza hut, you can have thousand island dressing instead of the tomato base. And apparently, they eat their pizza with a knife and fork, lol.

That is the most disgusting "pizza" I've ever seen...and I'm not talking about the baby one...that shit's hilarious! But yes, I do believe those are hotdogs and hamburgers on it. How fucking gross! It's an insult to Italians to call that gross concoction "pizza".
