Was this place down earlier today?

This morning I was able to log on fine, then things started to get a little slow... Then the captcha letters wouldn't show up inside the box. Then good 'ol 'Internet Explorer could not display the page..." A strange thing happened when I retyped the name into the address bar, just a sentence came up and I don't remember what it said. Yea. And it was in brackets. So do I need to type something else up there? Include the word 'refugees'? I feel so retarded.
