Breeders begging for house

Hey CF Scorpio (I'm a scorp too!), YES, they CAN and SHOULD be reported to his chain of command. If they are in the state of Oregon, there are only two bases that I know of:

Just call the base operator and say that you have seen hate activity on the internet in this servicemember's name and that you need to report it to his chain of command. They should be able to direct you to the proper person when you give them his name. GOOD LUCK!
